Ecotist Homes

Ecotist is a founding member of the UK Sustainable Development Commission 2007 > the Government's independent watchdog on sustainable development.

Ecotist Homes builds eco green homes. We have just finished the first homes in the UK's first FSC-Certified Eco-Home Development
(Forest Stewardship Council) - Benfield 2006.

See our new landmark building in Wandsworth, London

We also do eco and sustainable new builds or refurbs for clients, so if you have a project please get in touch via our Contact > page or simply email info@ecotist.com.

Did you know that construction creates more pollution and climate changing gases than transport? This is why we use sustainable building methods to reduce CO2 emissions. We use renewable resources wherever possible. We have SAP energy efficiency ratings of around 95, compared to 10-15 for a 'normal' old house. Timber framed, solar panels, green roof, recycled materials, low water use.
